There are many processes which we use as part of our UX toolbox to solve the challenges put before us. That being said, every project is different, and the journey into solving the right problem, defining the right challenge, in every case is different. In this case study, we dive deep into what it means to solve the right problem for this particular project, and what we learned along the way.
